Old Bay Seasoned Catfish

Old Bay Seasoning
1 lemon, cut in half
| Place the catfish fillets on a lightly greased broiler pan, and liberally sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning and the juice of one lemon half. Broil 3-4 minutes, turn the fillets, and sprinkle with more Old Bay Seasoning and the juice of the remaining lemon half. Broil 3-4 minutes longer or until the fish flakes easily. |
