Mayonnaise
Sweet Pickles, chopped or Relish
finely chopped Celery
Break the leftover fish up into small pieces with a fork.
Add the sweet pickles and celery to taste, and then add
enough mayonnaise to make a spread.
Excellent as a sandwich spread or as a snack with crackers.
